Becky Crompton

Director of Airport Optimization and Transformation, Alaska Airlines

Becky Crompton is Alaska Airline’s Director of Airport Optimization and Transformation overseeing strategic projects to improve the experience at Alaska's airports. Becky has spent much of her career bringing large technical projects to life within the aviation, construction, and technology fields. She has overseen the retrofit of aircraft cabin interiors, the addition of high speed in flight Wi-Fi, led a team that managed the maintenance on all of Alaska's fleet of 200+ aircraft, and launched the 100K Mileage Plan tier for the loyalty program. Prior to Alaska, Becky worked at Boeing Commercial Airplanes managing strategic facilities planning and at Golder Associates working on stormwater treatment projects.

Becky has always had a passion for environmental stewardship, hard not to when you live in one of the most beautiful places in the world, and caring for those in need. The opportunity to support SR3’s hugely impactful mission is a great honor.
